Structured products can provide investors access to an individual asset or group
of assets not readily available to private investors. These products offer
exposure to specific market sectors, investments and/or strategies that are
generally inaccessible or inefficient for investors to obtain, such as foreign
exchange rates or commodities. Typically, these investments are appropriate for
moderate to aggressive investors.
Investors can take advantage of the economies of scale and institutional pricing
provided by the issuer. Payment at maturity is subject to the credit risk of
the issuer.
